Southeastern Exotics evolved from owning our first Ball Python to
collecting an ever changing variety of reptiles and amphibians. We
are like kids in a candy store (spending every spare penny to
satisfy our reptile "sweet tooth"). Our dream is to provide quality
animals at an affordable price so anyone that shares our passion
can indulge that passion.

Account Requirements

all accounts must have a current resell tax id number on file in our
office.


Shipping Information:

Since shipping delicate reptiles and amphibians can be an art form
in itself, we will contact every buyer personally to arrange shipping,
pick up, or personal delivery at the many shows that we attend as
vendors.

Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, all orders are to be paid via
pre-payment, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Paypal, Money
Order/Cashier's Check.

All Shipments are sent via Delta Cargo, or Fed Ex Priority
Overnight. We ship on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Air Cargo Shipments must be picked-up within three (3) hours of
their arrival time and we must be notified within twelve (12) hours if
any credit or replacement is desired. A message must be left on
our answering machine if we are not available directly.
Southeastern Exotics reserves the right to request photographs
and/or have the animal(s) in question returned.

We Have a seven day guarantee on reptiles from the date of a
purchase at a show or from the date shipped if reptile was shipped
to you.

Live arrival is guaranteed on all purchases and orders shipped
excluding the following exceptions:

-Amphibians are not guaranteed.

-Animals shipped through areas that are below 40 or above 90
degrees are not guaranteed.

-We cannot be responsible for losses due to carrier mishandling. In
these instances, a claim must be made at the air cargo station
where the shipment was received.

A packing/box charge applies to all orders ($ 7.50 per box $25.00
per crate).

*Please notify us of weather conditions in your area so that we
may pack your shipment(s) accordingly.
